3. Complete Required Pre‑Steps (before uploading your license)
- Telemedicine Medical Examination: Book and complete an online medical exam via teleconsult, and receive your medical certificate.
- Driver’s Enhancement Program (DEP): Complete the required five‑hour online education module.

4. Upload Your License
Capture and upload clear photos of the front and back of your current physical driver’s license.
The app then verifies the images within 1–3 minutes.
5. Submit a Facial Photo

Review your details and uploaded documents. If everything is correct, tap Submit.
7. Pay Online
Choose your preferred payment gateway (e‑wallet, credit/debit card, or bank). Pay the renewal fee and any associated service fees.
8. Receive Your License
After approval, your digital license—also known as the Electronic Driver’s License (eDL)—will automatically appear in the eGovPH app and can be used as a valid legal ID.
You can also opt to pick up the physical card at an LTO office or have it delivered to your home (usually within 3 days).

- Select a clinic, register, and book your preferred schedule for a teleconsult.
- Fill out the medical history form and pay the fee.
- During the teleconsult, the doctor will perform a remote checkup, including a Snellen eye test and a color blindness test—all done online.
- After the consultation, you’ll receive your medical certificate, which you need to upload to proceed with your renewal.
Validity: The medical certificate is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, so make sure to complete your license renewal within that period.
