No. If your current skills and competencies are relevant to the position you are applying for, you will be considered for a role you have never done before.

 A lot of skills are transferable throughout different positions. Someone who has done Customer Support, can do General Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, Chat Support etc.

Yes. You will be considered for the role as long as you possess the skills necessary for the role you are applying for.

As long as you have a readily available carer for your child while you are working remotely, yes you can. We value quality work and attention – unfortunately you cannot work effectively while caring for your child at the same time.

Yes, you will. You will receive an email regarding the update of your application.

  • Laptop or Desktop ( at least i3 processor, Windows 10/11 OS, 8G RAM).
  • Working headset and webcam.
  • 5mbps Internet Connection Package (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc are not allowed).
  • Conducive private room; no background noise such as children, vehicles, and/or any pets.

You will not be an employee of Remote Staff.  You will be hired as an independent contractor.

We value effective work. We believe that working for our clients while you are currently working for another is not sustainable because your time and energy is finite. 

We only accept contractors who can commit to a scheduled work minimum 4 hours a day 5 days a week (part time) and 8 hours a day 5 days a week (full time).

Yes, we will provide you with information about the client but you cannot connect with them directly. You can make a decision on whether to accept the offer or not.

If you wish to resign from your position, you are required to render 15 business days to turn over all necessary documents/equipment to the client and if required to train the staff that will be replacing you.

Once you resign, you will only receive the payment for the remaining hours that you have worked with the client.

Remote Staff do not provide a Certificate of employment but instead, we will be providing you a Certificate of Contract proving that you have worked for our clients.

If qualified, expect to receive a call from Remote Staff within 3 weeks. 

No, you will get paid in Philippine Peso.

No. As of the moment, we focus on setting up a long term contract with our contractors and clients.
